North Montgomeryshire Volunteer Bureau (NMVB)
Location
North Montgomeryshire Volunteer Bureau is located in Welshpool and promotes volunteering throughout North Montgomeryshire. We have a wide variety of voluntary opportunities with local and national organisations and we provide on-going support and advocacy to volunteers who are placed with these organisations.
Our local community also benefits through the activity of volunteers. We operate a community transport scheme using volunteer drivers to provide transport for the elderly, disabled, learning disabilities and people on low income.

Our volunteer drivers use their own cars to provide transport to hospitals, other health-related transport, social clubs and to the shops. There is a charge of 45 p towards their expenses.
