Give your users the ability to search the infoengine directory of third sector services across Wales on your website!
We now provide some code which you can copy and paste into your web page, showing the infoengine search and its results in situ.
This small bit of code will generate everything in place, so once the code is pasted on your side, we do the rest.
How the Widget looks
Here is how the search and subsequent results will look. This is a fully functional Search embed and how it will perform once on your page.

To have the infoengine directory on your site, copy the code below and have your developer or someone technical paste it in your sites code. This could be a hardcoded page or a Content Management System (CMS).

Embed help and advice
All websites are different but here is a general guide for pasting into a Content Management System (CMS). An example of a CMS platform would be Wordpress or Drupal.
If your page has an editable template or content area, go to the text area (WYSIWYG) and turn it to HTML mode. Then paste the code you see above in place and save.
The search area and results will match the size of the container it is pasted within. So the size of the embed can be controlled by the area that contains it. This could be a full width column or a smaller side column on your page.
It is always best to try the embed on a test or unpublished version of your page before replicating or launching on Live.
If you do not have access to a CMS, then your developer will be able to paste this code into your chosen area on the site.
No setup is required and the code will begin working immediately. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any further questions about using the infoengine widget on your site.
