Our 16 - 25 group meets every Monday and Thursday evenings. Mondays are online via Zoom and Thursdays are in the Wellbeing Centre in Llandrindod Wells. (Please contact us for a Zoom link)
Group is a safe space where you will be supported and respected for who you are.
Group is flexible, so there is no need to commit yourself to anything, if you need some help or just to chat come along!
We will be running different activities each week.
