GLOW Pembrokeshire is a social, support and campaigning group for the LGBT+ (18+) community in Pembrokeshire.
We meet every Wednesday lunch 12 - 1pm time for a social get together in Haverfordwest and are keen to develop more social activities so all ideas are welcome
We also offer FREE awareness raising workshops for any adult groups to promote understanding of GLOW and issues relating to LGBT.

This is a mixed abilities group, by this we mean anyone 18+ who is a carer, older person, an individual living with or recovering from an illness, has a physical, learning or sensory disability or a mental health condition or who might feel isolated and lonely due to any number of reasons. It is simply an opportunity to meet others in a relaxed and supported environment.
