Counselling involves providing an atmosphere of acceptance, within which you can explore issues and gain more control over your life.
Counselling does not involve being judged or being told by someone else what you should do.
Mid & North Powys Mind offers blocks of 12 one to one sessions with volunteers who are members of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
