Wrexham Women's Aid was set up by women for women and their children who have suffered or who are suffering from domestic physical, mental or sexual abuse. An open door, non-judgmental policy is in operation and information and practical support is provided. When needed safe, temporary accommodation is available in Wrexham and other areas. All women who visit the Information Centre can be assured of a warm welcome and a friendly ear. Phone or drop in for a chat; no appointment necessary. Workers will offer practical information and support and all services are free and confidential.
