CAE is a South-Wales based registered Charity that aims to inspire, support and promote entrepreneurship in the BAME community. It was created to tackle poverty, inequality, and the issues and challenges faced by BAME migrants in the UK. It has experience delivering a range of successful projects locally and internationally, providing practical and easily accessible training for disadvantaged aspiring entrepreneurs, addressing the specific day-to-day challenges that people face. We provide a cultural’ resources and opportunity structures that facilitate access to business opportunities for disadvantaged people.

We engage with people who are long term-unemployed and we provide them a supportive platform in which economically inactive aspiring entrepreneurs connect with local active entrepreneurs to form a network where participants can thrive by learning from each other. Activities include one to one business advice, mentoring, training, networking, and swapping skills events.
