SYSHP supports young people who have been homeless or potentially homeless by empowering them to take control of their lives. Our vision is of a society where young people are valued for the contributions that they make; where they are the solutions and not the problem. We offer good quality accommodation, practical support, emotional support, a safe and caring environment, tailored support packages, training opportunities, a toolkit to develop the skills to live independently. Emergency hostel for 9 young people aged 16-21. Priority for 16 and 17 year olds.
Support for 60+ young people aged 16-25 in their own tenure.
Supported accommodation for 12 young people aged 16-21.
Intensive support and self contained accommodation for eight young people aged 16 -21 who are homeless or in housing need and experiencing a chaotic lifestyle due to drug/alcohol dependency or mental health problems.
Three furnished self contained properties with a shared bathroom for young people who are homeless or in housing need.
