Starlings (Aberystwyth) is committed to providing activities and events for its members that are inclusive to all its members as far as possible. The ethos of our club is one of mutual understanding of each other’s abilities, of support for each other which in turn creates an environment where people feel comfortable and safe.
Starlings is now completely independent of the National Exercise Referral Scheme and we welcome everyone interested in maintaining fitness whilst socializing with like-minded people .
