Since 2014 we have focused entirely on young people aged 16 to 25. Early intervention is vital as these are the years where our futures are shaped and we can transform lives.
We support over 100 clients at any one time and offer essential rapid response. Rekindle is a unique hub offering professional help, guidance and mutual support. To know you are not alone is the start of recovery.
