Pembrokeshire Federation of Angling Coaches (PFAC) was formally established in 2008, bringing together coaches from the three disciplines of angling; sea, coarse and game, all of whom are Federation of Welsh Anglers (FWA) accredited.
Supported by the Environment Agency and Natural Resources Wales and the FWA. In Wales we are we are one of a couple left promoting the sport of angling in its widest sense to people of all ages and abilities within Pembrokeshire. Our coaches are drawn from all walks of life, and committed to putting something back into the sport that they have enjoyed over many years.
Presently much of their work is on a voluntary basis and therefore the support that we have received from other organisations above help pay the expenses to our coaches. The financial supported that these companies give us enable us to offer the groups we teach fishing at a reduced cost. We teach fishing to so many different groups and organisations such as schools and scouts. However individuals and small parties can also take advantage of their expertise in angling at reasonable rates.more recent years have set up a Mentoring group with Secondary school children mentors to the primary school children. We even offer one to one coaching if required.
All our coaches are fully insured and can offer years of local experience and knowledge. Tuition is available for beginners through to experienced anglers who wish to improve their catch return.
