NAS offers a warm welcome to all with an interest in any aspect of Astronomy...at any age or level.
We are a small, but enthusiastic friendly group of astronomers who are happy to offer help and advice with telescopes or to those thinking of starting out in Astronomy.
For our 2023-2024 season of monthly meetings, we are holding a mix of actual hall meetings at The Crypt, Newtown Catholic Church, Long Bridge Street, Newtown, Powys. SY16 2BJ, and some where you stay at home and we zoom the meeting to you.
We meet on the 2nd Monday of each month September-June, where we have a Guest Speaker, and when at the hall we have a social gathering with refreshments.
