We are a voluntary group in Narberth who meet twice monthly on a Friday to socialise people who have become isolated because of long term health concerns.
We have Children from the local school to run a intergenerational stimulation session one week Members of a local choir lead a singalong to popular songs for the other session. We also have time for a cuppa and a chat too.
