Homeless Pembrokeshire is a charity operating in the Welsh county of Pembrokeshire. The charity aims to alleviate the hardship for people who find themselves street homeless, or who are on the brink of homelessness by, providing emergency rough sleeping packs, providing food aid, signposting, referrals to partner organisations, welfare checks, educational talks & seminars and a Facebook information hub. The charity operates a complete outreach service 365 days a year.
