Crisis Skylight South Wales

We provide support, education and training for people threatened with homelessness, or who are homeless, in South Wales.
What we offer:
• We provide 1-1 coaching to help people to identify their strengths and barriers; setting their own goals and working towards achieving these using motivational and coaching tools
• We assist people to identify work and learning goals and develop and implement a personal action plan to reach them. This can involve work-related training, CV writing, support with job applications, interview preparation and more
• We provide advice and support to help people into housing
• We work to build links with the local authority, estate agents, and Landlords to support people into accommodation
• We offer individualised learning support, working on areas such as confidence building, wellbeing, budgeting, and literacy and numeracy. We have dedicated arts, cookery and DIY & Upcycling tutors. We offer both accredited and non-accredited courses
• We deliver courses on tenancy skills to support people around tenancy management and sustainment
• Our CTI (Critical Time Intervention) Team work specifically with people to support them through their journey from custody and into housing, using a time-limited case management approach
• We support people to volunteer with Crisis, and we value member input and involvement in our services
