A hub for better mental health in the heart of the coomunity in Bangor, Gwynedd. Our aim is to support better mental health through mindful activities such as arts and crafts, shared reading and creative writing groups, complementary therapies and one to one listening sessions, which are accessible through our non commercial services, open weekdays.
We also provide a working base for a range of partner organisations, so you may visit us to attend appointments that have been organised via a referral from your GP, or other services. For more information, give us a call, or drop us an email!
