Everyone needs a bit of help from time to time. Social prescribing is a way of helping you deal with the things in your life that can make you feel unhappy or anxious. Addressing these things takes a little extra time and support. We can help you to access a wide range of activities and support in your local community that can help you turn things around.
f you’re struggling with your mental health, especially if you’re out of work, have money problems, feel lonely or have a physical health problem then social prescribing can help. You can be referred to our social prescribing service even if you’re taking medication or receiving support for an existing mental health problem.
This service is available for people over 18.
You can self refer or through your GP.
