A weekly Cooking Group held every Friday during term time and during the holiday period from 10:00 - 14:30 for young people aged 17 - 30 with disabilities. They will plan, prepare, cook and serve a two-course lunch for the RAY Ceredigion Forget me Knot Club. The young people attending will learn skills that will assist them with opportunities for employment as well as skills needed for independent living.
