Rekindle is the only charity in Mid Wales solely focused on preventative and early intervention mental health support for 16–25-year-olds. We aim to transform the lives of young adults, many of whom have been failed by existing services, by providing tailored, person-centred and holistic support to those who are, or at risk of, experiencing poor mental health.
We empower young people to take control of their lives, build resilience, set goals, and feel part of their community. Our free, wrap-around, collaborative support includes 1:1 counselling, 1:1 wellbeing support (practical help with housing, employment, finances, etc), instant-access drop-ins, and group activities.
