In 2014 we celebrated the 40th anniversary of our formation as the original Newydd Housing Association. The Cadarn Housing Group was established as Newydd Housing Association in 1974. In 1998, a group structure was formed with the Cadarn Housing Group as the parent company and Newydd Housing Association as a subsidiary.
Newydd is a charitable housing association that offers nearly 3,000 affordable homes for rent and sale to people where need is at its greatest in Mid and South Wales.
