Growing Space is a registered health charity founded in 1992 specialising in supporting individuals with mental health, autism or a learning disability, to help build their confidence, develop social skills and improve their quality of life.
With recovery at our foundation, Growing Space provides a network of support projects across Gwent, which includes horticultural therapy, vocational therapy and social enterprise opportunities. We also deliver bespoke accredited training programs covering personal development, vocational and employability training leading onto voluntary and sustainable job opportunities.
As an organisation with 27 years of experience, Growing Space really makes a difference in getting people back into society, reducing social isolation, loneliness and combating the stigma associated with mental health, autism or a learning disability.
We also provide opportunities for volunteering within our projects across Gwent.
