BulliesOut provides anti-bullying help, support and information to individuals, schools, youth and community settings. We do this through the delivery of e-mentoring, interactive and creative workshops and Peer Mentor training for both secondary and primary schools. We also have both a Youth Volunteering programme (Youth Ambassadors) and an Adult Volunteering programme. We have an informative website, and information publications.
Our Award winning Peer2Peer Programme, promotes Strength Through Sharing and the training day provides a full programme for young people that include life skills sessions such as active listening skills, communication skills...
If you are being bullied or are concerned about someone who is, you can receive help and support from one of our trained Mentors through our e-mentoring service.
