Ystradgynlais MIND is a mental health resource centre that provides advice, support and education/training in Ystradgynlais Monday, Thursday & Friday from 10.00-4.00pm. The service is available to anyone from teenagers to older people - no age limit - with mental health issues. There is no membership fee and you can access easily by dropping in when the centre is open.
