Temporary accommodation with support for young people age 16-24 in Neath Port Talbot.
You will have a keyworker (Support Worker) who would support you to build independent living skills, and to successfully maintain a home and tenancy, keeping good relationships with neighbours and your local community, and accessing work, training and education. Working in partnership with any other agencies supporting you, we will support you to access move on accommodation when you have the skills to be able to manage your own permanent home. We would hope support might last between 12 and 18 months. Access to an On Call service to support with emergencies 24 hours a day.
