Wrexham Older Persons Floating Support Service

Provides free housing related support for up to 2 years to help older people remain independent and living in their own home.

Support can include:
- Providing information and advice to overcome any issues of concern.
- Checking the correct benefits are being claimed and support to claim any other entitlements.
- Connecting to other local services including social activities, groups, volunteering and learning opportunities.
