The aim of the Winter Digital Hardship Project is to support hospital leavers who are at risk of digital exclusion anywhere in Wales.
Being digitally excluded means that someone doesn’t have the skills or confidence to use technology or that they don’t have access to the internet.
We have a helpline that can support people who have recently been discharged from hospital to get online and develop digital confidence. We have a small fund available for third sector organisations. Organisations can apply for up to £500 on behalf of a specific individual at risk of digital exclusion.
