Ty Hapus - Carmarthen Family Centre is based in the Park Hall estate, north Carmarthen and supports families with young children from Carmarthen and surrounding areas. Carmarthen Family Centre provides valuable opportunities and experiences such as, Baby and Toddler groups, Language and Play sessions, Baby Massage, Outdoor and gardening sessions, Parenting and educational courses and workshops, and trips and days out in the community. Supporting families to improve their lives through education and support networks, in a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment. Working in partnership with families, empowering individuals and strengthening the communities in which they live.
