Trigonos is a non-profit retreat centre hosting day groups and residential courses in a mythical corner of Snowdonia.
We cultivate the perfect environment for learning, discovery and retreat and are renowned for our imaginative vegetarian food, freshly prepared by our chefs using responsibly sourced produce, some of which grown here on our 18 acres of land.
