Providing day service support for people on Clynfyw Farm.
Clynfyw is registered with the CIW and are able to provide care support for people staying in the cottages.
We offer person centred support. We also offer a range of different activities for day opportunities including; an art and craft group, gardening, independent living skills including food preparation. Making compost and charcoal, bushcraft, apple juicing, surfing, drama and music.
We can provide 24hour care, or a few hours here and there, depending on what people need.
