The Rowan Organisation is a leading Direct Payments, Personal Budgets and Personal Health Budgets support organisation.
We are contracted in some Welsh counties to provide Direct Payments support across North Wales and we employ Independent Living Advisers (ILAs) who are located within the local community and can provide support across North Wales and beyond.
We can provide face to face support to individuals and families living in North Wales and we can also provide remote support to individuals and families in all other areas across Wales and England.
We can provide information and support regarding the safe and effective use of Direct Payments and Support Budgets, in order to maximise the opportunity for independence and to assist people in achieving successful outcomes and leading happy and fulfilled lives.
Our services include support planning, brokerage, recruitment, support to be a good employer, payroll, Assisted Bank Accounts , DBS and safeguarding.
