The Mentor Ring is community based charity which supports individuals through the mentoring and guiding people of all ages and backgrounds, within society. To mentor all ages of people in employment, training, education and or social activities. The 2024 Minority Ethnic Communities (MEC) Health Fair will be in Cardiff. The theme this year is “Building Healthy Communities: embracing self-care and achieving health equity” and the event will be held at Cardiff City Stadium (Leckwith Road, Cardiff CF11 8AZ) on Wednesday16th October from 10am – 3pm.
