Holistic well being services for people in poor health, who are older and young, and for people on low incomes in Merthyr Tydfil. These include a youth programme, family support, help with the cost of living crisis, promoting physical and mental health, supporting carers and people with dementia and community events. We also hire out the fabulous rooms in our lovely passivhaus Centre - they are totally accessible with free Wifi and presentation screens in each room. Contact us !
