TGP Cymru Team Around the Tenancy

The TAtT is an innovative service which aims to make homelessness for young people ‘rare, brief and non-recurring’ and to combat isolation and loneliness.

The service helps young people increase the skills, knowledge and support networks they need to stay in their home and/or secure a home both now and in the future.

Key Offerings:
• Housing Advocacy
• Mentoring with the aim of integrating young people into local services and activities
• Team Around the Tenancy Meetings involving family, friends and professionals to talk, plan and make decisions
• Conflict resolution with landlords or neighbours
• Other reasonable interventions as identified by the young person
