Stroke Recovery Service - Communication and Peer Support

The day service is aimed at helping stroke survivors in the Cardiff area achieve independence through support and goal setting.
The Group runs every Monday in Fairwater Presbyterian Church Hall, Cardiff 10.30am - 12.30pm.
