South Denbighshire Community Partnership is a registered charity, based at Canolfan Ni Community Centre in Corwen, supporting and delivering services in communities in the Edeyrnion & Dee Valley areas of South Denbighshire. Our Aims are to reduce rural isolation and increase access to services and activities for the benefit of the community. Volunteers are vital to enable us to deliver our services and we have a variety of volunteering opportunities.
