Our counselling service offers an opportunity for users to talk with a counsellor about issues they might be experiencing such as; anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, low confidence levels, managing difficult situations or struggling to cope in any way.
Throughout the sessions we aim to;
• support the client in gaining a different perspective on their thoughts and feelings
• improve their awareness of self
• facilitate clients in improving their resilience and independence
• build upon ways of coping that can support the client through difficult situations towards feeling better
• develop improved health, happiness, and overall wellbeing.
