Our Cardiff wellbeing centre offers counselling face to face, online and over the phone – in a confidential space including disabled access.
Our counsellors can work with individuals, couples, and young people where you can build a trusting, open relationship – giving the opportunity to talk about difficult feelings, thoughts and behaviours.
Breathe counsellors are registered with either BACP or UKCP. These organisations are accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) meaning they’ve met the PSA’s required professional standards to practice.
