Our vision at Pathfinders Cymru is to create a fully inclusive community where children and young people with learning disabilities, their families, and carers are valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
We believe in promoting alternative educational opportunities, well-being activities, and self-expression to develop life and employment skills, reduce mental health risks, and foster a sense of identity and purpose.
Through our community-building efforts and local heritage and arts initiatives, we strive to break down barriers of isolation and segregation and provide the advocacy and support necessary for our disabled community to thrive.
With a focus on enriching the wider community, we aim to create a brighter future where everyone is welcomed, accepted, and celebrated.
