MVH Youth offers a drop-in service Monday - Friday 6pm-9pm. The centre offers a variety of activities, issue based workshops, training opportunities, educational trips, physical activities and qualified friendly staff to help or support you. We run the Fit and Fed programme during the school holidays which involves participating in a chosen physical activity and cooking a healthy meal. Our aim is to empower young people to believe in themselves!
