We provide mentoring based support for people in rural Conwy, including individual support, (face to face mentoring, email/text mentoring, telephone mentoring), group mentoring support, signposting. We will match people with a volunteer mentor who will help them to achieve their goals and ambitions and we run a variety of group based courses to help to improve mental and emotional wellbeing including courses based on the '5 Ways to Wellbeing' and 'Wellness Recovery Action Planning' (WRAP)
