The Llansantffraid Leg Club is run by the Llanfyllin District Nurse Team and is open to anyone suffering with lower limb problems
The Club takes place every Thursday between 9am and 12pm

The leg club is open to anyone, and is free to all. Patients (members) can self refer, and pop in whenever they choose. We provide a weekly exercise class with a fully qualified instructor who provides a programme of gentle exercises to cater for the members needs. The leg club is self funded and our volunteers work hard to raise funds throughout the year. There is a weekly raffle and a monthly coffee morning where funds are raised.

The leg club is an evidence based initiative which provides community based treatment, health promotion, education and on-going care for people who are experiencing leg related problems, and also incorporates a 'well leg' regime. The leg club staff provide a high standard of care in a social and friendly setting. No appointments are required and members can drop in for a chat over a cup of tea while awaiting treatment. Transport can be arranged to and from the club, and parking is available with good access to the community centre.
