LINKS offers a wide range of learning experiences all taught by experienced and qualified staff. Our rich time table of creative and health/well-being activities are aimed at helping users to manage their mental health in everyday life, equipping them with skills and knowledge to help sustain a positive mood.
Links provides an outlet for creative expression along with information and support to enable people to explore avenues into mainstream training and employment, both paid and unpaid. Peer support is a great strength of LINKS- bringing people together in friendship, laughter, listening, and sharing problems is central to maintaining the well-being of many members.
We are a support service for ex-service personnel and their families who have mental health issues.
LINKS offers a range of supported indoor and outdoor activities such as; NAAFI style meetings throughout Carmarthenshire, Welfare and benefit support, Buddying/Befriending Scheme
