LitC deliver, the Welsh Government funded, Working on Wellbeing project that offers support and training to people who live with disabilities and long-term health conditions. We deliver the 7 x week Starting Line employability project in both West Wales and Powys.
Starting line is a pre-employment programme for disabled individuals beginning their journey into work.
Working with a personal Employment Advisor, candidates will cover a wide range of topics including setting goals and targets, encouraging conversations about disability, and assisting in interview preparation will be discussed in both group and 1:1 sessions.
We will also work with the candidate to find a sustainable employment, a work placement or a volunteer opportunity.
