Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales (CTCWW) is a registered charity working across West Wales to support unpaid carers of all ages, including young carers and young adult carers. We provide practical, emotional and wellbeing support to help carers manage their caring role, improve their resilience, and maintain their own health, education and employment. Working in partnership with local authorities, schools, health services and community organisations, we help carers to be identified early, access the support they are entitled to, and have a voice in decisions that affect their lives, so they are not disadvantaged because of their caring responsibilities.
