Home-Start Flintshire Volunteering

Home-Start Flintshire are a charity that work with families across the Flintshire area with the support of a trained volunteer team. We provide practical and emotional support to families with at least one child under 11 years.

Volunteers support families in a sensitive, flexible way to make sure that a child’s early years count. They share time, friendship and work alongside parents, focusing on strengths, offering opportunity to develop new relationships, ideas and skills and helping reconnect families with their community. Children, parents and the wider community all benefit from HSF’s work.
