Headway Cardiff & South East Wales

Provides support for adults with acquired brain injury and their families living in South Wales. This includes free information and advice, sign posting, welfare benefits, community walking/wheeling groups from a variety of locations and a monthly family and friends group as well as trips out, social events a counselling service. We run a specialist Independence and Wellbeing Service at our centre in University Hospital Llandough, we also have services in Hawthorn Community Centre and HighCross Community Hall. These services require a contribution or funding.
