This is a drop-in service which supports clients to access housing, housing related advice, benefit support and advocacy services within a direct access setting. The project, which is open to all members of the public who require assistance, supports a range of people who are experiencing housing related crisis including threat of eviction or homelessness, are rough sleeping, cannot return to accommodation, or have a range of housing related support needs.
The project offers specific and bespoke support that addresses both the symptoms and causes of homelessness, including support for mental health conditions, substance misuse, social exclusion, poverty, lack of sustainable income and tenancy issues..
