Location
Doorstop is a medium supported accommodation and floating support service for people who have alcohol or substance misuse related support needs.
The project aims to stabilise service users in a drug and alcohol free environment in their own tenancy.
Ensuring that people can move on to independent living upon completion of their support plan in such a way that they can then continue to live independently after support has been withdrawn.
All referrals will be via both Denbighshire Single Referral Pathway and Conwy Single Referral Pathway respectively dependent upon where the vacancy has been identified.
