Dementia friendly gardening

Have you had to give up your much loved garden? Do you miss working outdoors? do you want to improve your fitness and well-being?
An opportunity is available to become a valued volunteer with your spouse, friend or carer helping us to look after Stackpole Walled Gardens for our clients and visitors in a safe and welcoming environment. We have 6.5 acres of land and we grow a wide variety of vegetables, fruit and plants which we sell in our onsite shop and use in our cafe.
We will provide all of the tools and equipment you may need and guidance and instruction to help you and your work partner enjoy the experience.
