Dementia Connect is Alzheimer's Society's personalised support and advice service. It's for
people with dementia, their carers, families and friends. The service is free, easy to access
by phone or online, and puts you in touch with Alzheimer's Society's dementia advisers.
They will listen, help with all your dementia-related questions, and connect you to the
support you need. This includes help in your area, as well as phone and online advice and
information. Alzheimer's Society will keep in touch with you, so you always have the you
they need, only ever needing to tell your story once.
